Marianne was born in the province
of Styria in Austria. She came to the United States with her
parents at the age of 7. She
grew up and attended college in Los Angeles. After working 20 years in the
telecommunications industry, she switched careers and now runs a party and special event
planning company in the San Diego area. Her hobbies are reading,
going on hikes and long walks, and anything having to do with physical fitness
